Our People

SoL Harris/Day Architecture is the product of its people. We are a diverse group, contributing to the architectural design process in a variety of different ways. Something that we all share is a passion for preserving our environment. We strive to improve how we treat our planet through our work and in our personal lives. Around the office, you will hear us sharing new ways to "green" up our practices, and our projects. We participate in local sustainability initiatives and attend conferences on the national level to stay informed. We believe our small steps will inspire action in our community on a much larger scale.

The culture here at SoL Harris/Day is one of teamwork, collaboration, and continual learning. One way that we promote learning is through what we call SoL HDU ("SoL Harris/Day University"). Every week, our team gathers together over lunch to hear about a relevant topic in our industry and exchange ideas about how to improve our own process, as well as our client's projects. It's a great opportunity for brainstorming, information exchange, and camaraderie.

  • Sit & Listen or Participate & Learn
When children are young, parents and teachers tend to go out of their way to incorporate learning into engaging activities and play in hopes that the child will enjoy it.
