Mount Vernon Nazarene Success

Location

Mount Vernon, Ohio

Client Name

Mount Vernon Nazarene University

Project Description

The University decided to renovate 8,500 sf of the interior open stack and study areas of Thorne Library to create a Center for Student Success. Their goal for the Center is to identify academic impediments of their students and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.

The renovations created spaces for offices, guidance counseling, study labs, tutoring, and  private, semi-private and collaborative study spaces. The large open space was designed with movable furniture to allow for student collaboration and study. Coffee service is provided along with a small cafe area.

There is access to an exterior porch and patio to offer an option for outdoor study as well.
DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE... DESIGNED FOR LIFE.
