Project Description

Stark Parks is developing a new Conservation Center in Perry Township that will serve two (2) purposes: education and conservation (primary focus).

The Animal Education Center will offer public access and education to teach about Stark Parks natural wildlife and environment.

The conservation spaces will offer rehabilitation and release of wildlife,
providing medical treatment and healing. They will be able to monitor the general health of the wildlife.

The conservation spaces include an exam room, prep area, ICU, mammal recovery, quarantine area, waterfowl/songbird recovery, raptor recovery and several outdoor pens (including flight cages) for the pre-release of animals.

There are additional spaces provided to house the Administrative offices for staff.
